DIY Bridal Shower Printables – For Whom the Wedding Bells Toll, Here’s a Fun Craft!
Hi all! It’s officially June – it’s the month of dads, grads, and brides. so there is lots to think about incorporating this season.
Printables are really hot right now, and it looks like it’s going to continue in that direction. Special occasions are one of the biggest targets for the creation of printable games, invites, favors, and much more.
June is the “official” wedding month…True, people do get married any time of the year….I, for one, got married in April, but I digress. If you’re celebrating, you need a fresh new way of throwing a party in a special gal’s honor!
A big thank you goes out to Kathryn for sending this printable bridal shower collection my way. It’s got a lot of amazing ideas and then some. If you’ve got access to a printer, and some good quality paper and cardstock, you can access these on the house, and help make your celebration the best ever!💍
Here’s a glimpse of the different types of printables in store…
💍Trivia and Games
The various trivia scorecard printables will be a blast among your guests. See who knows the bride to be best! Some of the included also include wine tasting and advice for the new couple. All of which are certain to create a spirit of camaraderie among the participants and members of the wedding party, take your pick and print them out.
❤️️ Date Night Ideas Jar
Got a mason jar handy? Have all your guests come up with their own ideas for special date nights to put into the jar. Very similar to that of this coupon book project, what are some special things to plan like watching the sunrise, cooking together, etc.
Plastic Rings for Bridal Shower Ring Hunt Party Game with 36 Plastic Rings
💍 Ring Hunt
This is an original idea – never seen this one before! Do you remember playing scavenger hunt as a kid with friends in which you scrambled to find various items before the time was up?
All you need is a bunch of party-theme type (plastic) engagement rings, like these on the left – and some good hiding places, and don’t forget a grand prize for the winner, too. Try to have at least 24 rings in a set for the best outcome.
❤️️ Recipe Cards
I love this one – Anything to do with cooking and family recipes is going to be a hit for a gift, especially for a new couple….the downloadable cards can be used to include some culinary traditions that can be assembled into a very special recipe scrapbook that features all your best dishes.
Remember this one? No talky and all the players pantomime their actions, and the competing team members try to guess what is being acting out. Download the charade cards and let the fun begin! Split your guests up into two teams and give each one a chance to guess at the first action from the card drawn.
There are plenty more where this came from…..everything you need to make the big pre-wedding celebration a fun one! (Don’t forget to have enough pens handy for the printable games that include scorekeeping.)
